LS720D Digital Photo Frame
With two high resolution 7-inch screens the Motorola LS720D is the one of the best digital frames in a long time.Motorola have revealed a number of new frames recently, the LS720D been one of them. With 512 megabytes of onboard storage, a remote control, the ability to play MP3's and two 7 inch screens that boast some of the clearest pictures around, it really is something different.
It has to be said that there's not much to any digital picture frame really - they take your digital photo's on a range of memory cards and display them on the screen. So what makes Motorola's LS720D stand out from the crowd?
Well for starters it looks great. With a brushed metallic-style border and a black edge around the screens it sits as comfortably on a desk as it does in a lounge or bedroom.
It's also packed with little features that the gadget obsessed would appreciate just as much as the grandparents.
The LS720D will automatically rotate the images according to the frame's orientation thanks to it's built in tilt sensor.
You can also set the frame to switch on and off at certain times, and you can also assign a full screen calendar with the current date and time to one of the screens.
Whilst sound quality through MP3 playback on a digital picture frame will never be outstanding the speakers on the LS720D are acceptable for their purpose.
Oh and it also features an alarm clock!
The Motorola LS720D normally sells for £129.99 but is currently on offer at Argos for £89.99
