iPad Tariffs Revealed


Apple has launched the pre order process for the tablet device in the UK and revealed details of the data tariffs available.

 

 

Pricing information for Apple's new tablet device was announced last week; the Wi-Fi only iPad will cost £429 (16GB), £499 (32GB), £599 (64GB), whilst customers who also want 3G on their device will have to pay an additional £100 for the feature.

Data plans for the iPad will be available on O2, Orange and Vodafone and there certainly are differenced between the plans.

O2 plan to sell 500MB of data for one day for £2, and two monthly plans of £10 for 1GB or £15 for 3GB.

Vodafone will offer two monthly plans - 250MB a month for £10 or for £25 a month, 5GB.

Orange, like O2 will charge £2 for its daily rate, however that will only be for 200MB. They also offer 1GB for one week for £7.50 and on pay monthly, 3GB for £15 and 10GB for £25.
