Gorilla Torch
The Gorilla Torch is so much more than a torch and something you won't be able to live without once you've tried it.
OK, so the Gorillatorch might not be the cheapest of torches but it's quite possible the most useful that we've ever seen.

The torch is part of a range of Gorilla "pods" - tripods for camera's that have flexible yet sturdy rubberised legs that wrap around all sorts of things whether it be a branch on a tree or standing firmly on rock.
As we've already said, the tripod is flexible that it will wrap around and grip onto even slippery surfaces, but the legs also have a powerful magnet built into their feet, meaning you can also attach it to the side of your car if you need to change a tyre in the dark and even to the poles of some tents.

At the top of the tripod you'll find a torch with a single ultra bright LED, and oh boy is it bright! Because it's so bright, and not ideal for reading with the manufacturers, Joby, very cleverley decided to build in a dimmer to the torch head meaning you can dim the light down and make it more comfortable on your eyes at close distances.
The Gorillatorch is powered by three AA batteries that should be good for at least 20 hours.
There's not much else you can say about a torch, and although it is a tad expensive at around £30, it could be one of the most versatille and handy gadgets you could invest in. There are literally hundreds of uses for the Gorillatorch, and the quality of the product is second to none - there are no sharp edges to scratch paintwork when using the magnetic feet and it feels strong and durable, and all that means that is that from the day you get your hands on one you'll keep finding uses for it!
